520MX Brushless Motor(1600KV/3527)

Purchased an align motor and needed a tech advice . I called 14 times over two days and could not get anyone to answer my phone call. Love the website and your product selection but seems like customer service is nonexistent ! I gave up trying and started shopping elsewhere.
