Hota F6+ Quad-Channel Smart Charger (AC/DC) - Gray

This charger seems to have significant manufacturing faults.

Originally purchased in Sept/24...both channels on the left side failed by Feb/25

RotorQuest has been helpful, but HOTA is a massive pain. Slow communication, odd request for video proof, following by more slow communication.

Replacement finally received in May/25 but was DOA out of the box on the same two channels.

Strongly suggest to steer clear of this one, it ain't inexpensive, so a real shame.

You can definitely do better elsewhere.

My first F6+ charger was dead on arrival (blank screen and it would not boot up). I returned it and it was replaced. The replacement worked when I received and tested it. However, by this time most of the flying season had passed. I was able to use the replacement for about 10 charge cycles over the next 8 months before the replacement also failed.

When I contacted HOTA they responded to my initial email and accepted my offer to send them a video showing the problem. However HOTA didn't respond to the email in which I sent them the video nor did they respond to a subsequent email.

Basically they are manufacturing and selling this product - which has terrible quality and reliability - and have demonstrated that they do not stand behind their products.

I recommend that all customers consider purchasing chargers from other more quality conscious and customer service oriented manufacturers!
