I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the OMPHOBBY M1 V1 BNF (2025 Refreshed) helicopter.

As indicated in the product name, this is a BNF (Bind & Fly) version, which does not include a transmitter and is intended for customers who already own a compatible radio controller. If you’re looking for a model that includes everything needed to fly right out of the box, the RTF (Ready to Fly) version would be the correct option, as it comes with the transmitter and all required accessories.

That said, we understand the confusion, and we will be adding clearer information to the M1 V1 BNF product page to help future customers avoid this mistake. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Regarding the shipping delay, your order was shipped on December 29, immediately after we returned from the holiday break. Unfortunately, due to the New Year holiday period and the high shipping volume, the courier was unable to deliver the package until January 4. We did submit a complaint on your behalf. However, during the holiday rush, the courier does not guarantee on-time delivery, as they advised us.
