HOTA T330 330W GaN + SiC 27V Power Supply

The HOTA T330 330W GaN + SiC Power Supply is a compact high-performance AC power supply designed for RC battery chargers and other equipment requiring a high-power DC source.

Despite its compact 111 x 70 x 45mm size, the T330 delivers up to 330W at 27V / 12.3A through its XT60 output. Compared with the HOTA T240, it provides 37.5% more power while maintaining the same overall dimensions.

Advanced GaN + SiC power technology helps improve efficiency, power density and thermal performance, allowing HOTA to deliver significantly more power from a small and lightweight enclosure.

330W GaN + SiC Power

The T330 uses modern Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) power technology to achieve high power density in a compact design. It supplies a stable 27V DC output at up to 12.3A, making it ideal for powering compatible HOTA, iSDT, ToolkitRC and other RC chargers with XT60 DC input.

Compact & Lightweight

At only 111 x 70 x 45mm and approximately 280g, the T330 provides 330W of power in a very portable package. It is the same overall size as the previous T240 while increasing maximum output from 240W to 330W.

Magnetic Mounting Design

The T330 features a convenient magnetic mounting design that allows compatible chargers such as the HOTA P6 and T8 to attach directly to the power supply, creating a compact charging setup and reducing desktop space.
