Using true 1:1 rotor geometry from XLPower’s larger 700-class helicopters, the Stratos 200 delivers a big-heli flight feel with smooth, predictable, and linear control response. This gives pilots a more precise and confidence-inspiring experience in a compact size.

Integrated Power and Frame Structure
The main shaft block, center frame, and motor mount are integrated into one rigid and compact drivetrain structure. This helps improve rigidity, reduce complexity, and create a more efficient overall power system.

Gearless Drive Design
The gearless drivetrain eliminates traditional gear mesh and concentricity issues, resulting in smoother power delivery, improved efficiency, and reduced maintenance concerns compared to conventional geared systems.

Flexible 3S to 4S Battery System
The adjustable tray-less battery compartment supports both 3S and true 4S setups, allowing pilots to tune the helicopter for different performance preferences. Maximum battery size is 24mm × 32mm × 70mm.

High-Rigidity Rotor Control System
The rotor control system uses five equal-length control links for ideal geometry, along with an ultra-short reverse-mounted phase arm inspired by the Stratos 700. Combined with a 120-degree servo layout, this design delivers accurate phasing, high rigidity, and precise cyclic response.

Factory Pre-Calibrated Setup
The servos are factory centered and the swashplate is leveled right out of the box, reducing setup complexity and making the helicopter more approachable for pilots of all skill levels.

Integrated Electronics Layout
The Stratos 200 uses a standard Hobbywing Platinum V5 ESC system and supports major telemetry platforms including Rotorflight, VBar, and Futaba. A dedicated gyro mounting position and integrated PCB gyro plate help keep the wiring clean and organized.

Fast-Service Tail System
The tail system is designed for quick maintenance with a plug-in tail boom, built-in gold connectors, servo-style tail ESC connector, and contact-type tail motor mount. No wiring or soldering is required, making repairs and adjustments much faster.

Beginner-Friendly Tail Layout
The top-mounted tail motor helps protect the tail blades from ground strikes and makes takeoffs and landings safer and more forgiving.

Dual Damping Options
Pilots can choose between two damping setups. The new tapered spindle dampers provide maximum rigidity and a more direct control feel for precise high head-speed 3D, while the standard 90-degree O-ring dampers offer smoother, quieter, and more stable low head-speed performance.

Azure Power Blade Setup
The helicopter comes factory-equipped with Azure Power 195mm main blades and matched tail blades for strong authority, smooth response, and serious 3D capability right out of the box.

Crash-Friendly Protection Design
