Every major component has been carefully developed to deliver a stronger, more rigid helicopter without sacrificing ease of maintenance. This kit includes Azure Power 700 Pro main blades and Azure Power 105 Pro tail blades.

1. Fully Upgraded Bearing System

The Stratos 700 features a reinforced bearing system designed to withstand higher loads and deliver smooth, precise operation.

• Upgraded One-Way Bearing: Increased size provides 50% higher torque capacity compared with the previous design.
• Integrated 19mm One-Way Bearing Sleeve: Designed to minimize maintenance and eliminate rotational play for direct power transfer.
• Upgraded Swashplate Bearing: Large 35 x 47 x 10mm double-row angular contact bearing provides increased stability and precision.

2. High-Rigidity Main Rotor Control System

One of the standout features of the Stratos 700 is its innovative reverse-mounted ultra-short phase arm. This design improves rigidity and maintains accurate rotor phasing, resulting in a more direct and predictable control response.

• True 1:1 rotor geometry for precise and linear control.
• Ultra-short phase arm for improved rigidity and reduced control play.
• PTFE-sleeved swashplate anti-rotation ball to reduce friction and wear.
• Anti-loosening main blade bolt washers for improved security.
• High-rigidity tapered damping system included for aggressive 3D flying.
• Optional O-ring and POM damping system for sport and lower-head-speed flying.

3. Reinforced Belt-Driven Tail System

The Stratos 700 features an extensively upgraded tail assembly built to deliver exceptional strength, consistent tail authority, and smooth operation during demanding maneuvers.

• Heavy-duty belt-driven tail system.
• Upgraded 8mm tail shaft and 6mm tail spindle.
• Premium NSK 8 x 19 x 6mm tail shaft bearing.
• Weighted tail blade grips designed to reduce tail servo load and improve control efficiency.
• PTFE-sleeved tail pitch slider pin for smoother movement and reduced wear.
• Standard 9mm tail belt, with an optional 10mm heavy-duty belt upgrade.

4. All-New Aluminum Tail Boom with Titanium Pushrod

The custom-profile aluminum tail boom offers improved rigidity and a clean, streamlined appearance.

A one-piece 3mm titanium tail pushrod runs internally through the boom, eliminating external pushrod connections while providing precise, direct tail control. An anti-rotation boom design maintains secure alignment, while PTFE guides reduce friction.

An optional carbon fiber tail boom is available separately.

5. High-Rigidity Carbon Fiber Frame

The Stratos 700 uses a completely redesigned carbon fiber frame, engineered to increase strength and concentrate mass for more responsive handling.

• 2.5mm upper carbon fiber frame plates for exceptional rigidity.
• 2mm lower carbon fiber frame plates with distinctive finished detailing.
• Precision-chamfered carbon fiber edges for a clean, premium finish.
• Integrated main shaft block and servo mounting structure.
• 120-degree cyclic servo geometry for consistent control response.
• One-piece motor mount for accurate gear alignment and easier maintenance.

6. Compact Design with Optimized Weight Distribution

The main shaft and intermediate assembly have been lowered by 15mm, creating a more compact helicopter with a lower, more centralized mass.

The tail servo is mounted toward the front and top of the frame to help optimize balance. Combined with the rigid airframe and redesigned rotor system, this layout is intended to provide sharper stops, more consistent control, and a connected feel in flight.

7. Improved Battery Tray and Internal Wiring

The new rear-loading battery tray slides into specially designed arched rails to help keep the battery securely positioned during aggressive flying.

• Rear-loading sliding battery tray for convenient battery changes.
• Arched battery rails help prevent unwanted battery movement.
• Integrated internal wiring channels for a cleaner electronics installation.
• M3 through-bolts connecting the upper and lower battery rails for additional frame rigidity.
• Compatible with existing XLPower Specter battery trays.
• Optional quick-release battery connector system available separately.

8. New Aerodynamic Canopy

Completing the Stratos 700 is an all-new aerodynamic canopy, giving the helicopter a distinctive appearance while complementing its compact frame design. The result is a premium 700-class helicopter that looks as impressive on the ground as it does in the air.
