Important Shipping Update – Canada Post Strike

Important Shipping Update – Canada Post Strike

Dear Valued Customers,

As you may know, Canada Post workers began a nationwide strike on September 25, 2025. We want to provide an update on how Rotorquest is handling this situation to ensure your orders are managed smoothly.

1. Canada Post Services Disabled
Effective immediately, all Canada Post options have been removed from our online shop to prevent delays.

2. Shipments Already with Canada Post
Any packages already picked up by or within the Canada Post network may face delivery delays. We will continue to monitor these shipments and share updates as they become available. For urgent orders, we recommend reshipping with an alternative carrier.

3. Alternative Carriers Available
Rotorquest offers multiple courier options including UPS, Purolator, FedEx, DHL, GLS, and Canpar—covering up to 90% of Canadian postal codes.

  • Please note: Only Canada Post delivers to PO Boxes, so PO Box shipments cannot be fulfilled during the strike.
  • GLS, Canpar Ground, and FedEx Ground do not provide same-day pickup; shipments will go out the next business day. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.

4. Our Commitment to You
While this strike creates uncertainty, Rotorquest remains committed to serving the RC heli community. Thanks to our strong courier network, we can continue shipping with minimal disruption. We are also working to secure additional, cost-effective carriers to keep your shopping experience worry-free.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
