Durable nylon-reinforced belt lasting up to 600 flights. Prober tension is the key; too tight and the belt will stretch such that the teeth don't "fit" the drive gear and the belt becomes twisted. Too loose and it'll slap in the tailboom. Belt expands or contracts as the temperature varies; some periodic adjustments have to be made.
