I ordered this product and while the tracking shows it was delivered, I never actually received it — and I was home at the time. I understand that delivery errors can happen, and I was willing to be patient.
What’s been truly frustrating is the lack of proper follow-up from the store. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and each time they tell me they’ll get back to me with a solution. Weeks go by with no updates, and when I reach out again, I just get the same vague response.
At this point, it’s not just about a lost package — it’s about how poorly the situation is being handled. I expected better communication and accountability.

We totally understand how frustrating it is when tracking shows a package delivered but you never actually receive it. That’s why we’ve been doing everything we can on our end to help figure this out. We’ve spoken with you a few times on the phone and followed up as promised — definitely not just vague replies like it may have felt. Sorry if our updates didn’t come across clearly or quickly enough.
GLS initially refused our claim since they showed a delivery photo that matched your door (which we confirmed together). But we’ve gone ahead and filed another dispute for you, just in case, even though they’ve already denied it once, and chances are slim. This last step might take up to 60 business days.
In the meantime, if you’d like, we’re still happy to offer 30% off a new charger as a gesture of goodwill. Also, depending on your home insurance, you might be able to claim it as part of theft coverage.
