Xnova Lightning 4530-480KV Brushless Motor

The Xnova Lightning 4530-480KV is a premium brushless outrunner developed for demanding 690–770mm RC helicopters. Its lower 480KV winding is particularly well suited to high-voltage setups, providing strong torque, excellent efficiency, and greater gearing flexibility for pilots who prefer controlled head speeds without sacrificing power.
Optimized primarily for 14S systems while remaining suitable for properly geared 12S applications, the 4530-480KV is an excellent choice for large-scale sport flying, aggressive 3D, and F3C helicopters using approximately 700–750mm main blades.
The Lightning design improves upon Xnova’s proven XTS platform with thinner stator laminations, enhanced internal cooling, thicker hand-wound copper wire, and high-temperature neodymium magnets. The result is a cooler-running motor with smooth, consistent power delivery throughout the flight.
