Usage Instructions

1. Place the soldering iron on a stable, heat-resistant stand in a well-ventilated work area.
2. Moisten the included cleaning sponge with a small amount of water and squeeze out any excess.
3. Connect the soldering iron to a compatible electrical outlet.
4. Set the temperature control to an appropriate level for the wire, connector, and solder being used.
5. Allow the soldering iron to fully heat before beginning work.
6. Clean the heated tip gently on the damp sponge.
7. Apply a small amount of solder to the tip to create a thin, even coating before soldering.
8. Heat the joint and feed solder into the connection rather than melting excessive solder directly onto the tip.
9. Remove the solder and iron once the solder has flowed evenly through the joint.
10. Allow the connection to cool naturally without moving it.
11. Clean and re-tin the tip after use, switch off the iron, and allow it to cool completely before storage.

Important: The soldering tip and surrounding metal components become extremely hot during use. Do not touch the heated parts or leave the iron unattended while connected to power. Always use a suitable soldering stand, eye protection, and adequate ventilation. Keep the tool away from children, flammable materials, batteries, and fuel.
