This product is the ARF (Almost Ready to Fly) / Barebone version of the Goosky E7 UH-1Y Venom. It is intended for pilots who want the convenience of a factory-assembled scale airframe while still being able to choose and install their own preferred electronics.

Unlike a traditional scale helicopter kit that requires extensive mechanical assembly and fitting, the E7 ARF arrives with the major airframe, mechanics and scale structure already assembled. This significantly reduces build time and makes the E7 much more approachable for pilots entering large-scale helicopters, while still giving experienced scale builders the flexibility to select their own electronics and setup.

Electronics Not Included:

The ARF version does not include the motor, ESC, cyclic servos, tail servo, flybarless / flight controller, receiver, transmitter, flight batteries or charger. These items must be purchased separately and allow the builder to customize the helicopter with their preferred equipment.

A TRUE 1:9 SCALE UH-1Y VENOM

The E7 recreates the distinctive appearance of the modern UH-1Y Venom at a size that needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. The approximately 1.9-metre overall length, four-blade rotor system and detailed military fuselage give the helicopter an exceptionally realistic silhouette and commanding presence in flight.

Goosky has paid attention not only to the overall shape, but also to the details that make a large scale helicopter convincing up close — including the cockpit area, exhausts, doors, landing skids, external equipment and scale rotor arrangement.

BUILT TO FLY — NOT JUST TO DISPLAY

Although the E7 looks like a dedicated display model, underneath the scale body is a serious 700-class helicopter drivetrain. The large 15mm main shaft, 10mm feathering shaft, CNC-machined rotor components and heavy-duty belt-driven tail system are designed for the loads of a helicopter weighing approximately 8kg ready to fly.

The large four-blade rotor provides the smooth, deliberate flight character scale pilots look for, while Goosky's mechanical design gives the helicopter the control authority and reliability expected from a modern RC helicopter. The E7 has also been demonstrated in demanding flight by Goosky team pilot Tareq Alsaadi, showing that this is much more than a scale fuselage built around gentle hovering.
