The Scorpion HKII-4225-500KV Limited Edition motor is designed for 600-class and lightweight 700-class helicopters running on 12S LiPo power. Hand-wound with a single strand of 1.3 mm wire, it delivers excellent efficiency, strong power, and reliable performance for demanding electric helicopter applications.
The motor supports up to 3,550 watts and 80 amps continuously, with peak output of 5,770 watts and 130 amps for up to 5 seconds. Its 0.2 mm stator laminations, high-temperature windings, and 200°C-rated magnets help reduce losses and improve durability.
Precision CNC-machined components and a gold electroplated finish provide excellent strength and long-lasting protection. Scorpion motors include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects; bearings are considered normal wear items and require regular inspection and lubrication.
Mounting Note: This motor uses 30 mm mounting-hole spacing.
