Using XLPower’s signature 1:1 rotor geometry inspired by its larger helicopter platforms, the 3-blade head produces a smooth, connected control feel with strong stopping authority and excellent stability. The additional blade increases rotor disc efficiency and gives the helicopter a more planted feel during both smooth sport flying and aggressive 3D.
The Stratos 200 3-Blade also retains the features that made the original Stratos 200 so appealing, including its integrated direct-drive power system, Hobbywing Platinum V5 ESC, flexible 3S/4S battery support, modular electronics layout, sacrificial blade grip arms, and rapid-service tail system. 3-Blade Rotor System
The defining feature of this version is its three-blade rotor head. Adding a third main blade increases rotor disc efficiency and gives the Stratos 200 greater grip in the air, a more planted feel, and increased stability compared with a conventional two-blade configuration. The result is a compact helicopter that feels noticeably larger and more connected in flight.
Improved Stability and Stopping Power

The adjustable tray-less battery compartment accommodates both 3S and 4S LiPo setups. XLPower recommends a 3S 750mAh or 4S 650mAh LiPo battery with an XT30 connector. Maximum battery dimensions are 70mm × 32mm × 24mm.
Azure Power Blade Setup
The 3-Blade Stratos 200 includes three Azure Power 195mm main blades together with an Azure Power 45mm tail blade. The matched blade setup provides strong rotor authority, smooth response, and the control precision required for demanding 3D flight.
DS4208 Servo System
The helicopter comes with XLPower DS4208 high-voltage servos already installed. The compact servo arrangement is designed around the Stratos rotor geometry to provide fast, accurate, and consistent cyclic control.
Telemetry-Ready Electronics Layout
The clean electronics layout is designed to work with popular flybarless and telemetry systems. A dedicated gyro mounting position and integrated PCB arrangement help reduce unnecessary wiring and keep installation neat and accessible.
Rapid-Service Tail System
The tail system uses a plug-in design with direct electrical connections, allowing the tail boom and tail motor assembly to be serviced without conventional motor wiring or soldering. This makes tail repairs and replacement significantly faster, especially at the field.
Sacrificial Blade Grip Arms
Replaceable grip control arms are designed to act as sacrificial components during a crash. Instead of transferring the full impact into more expensive rotor components, the lower-cost arms are designed to take the damage first, helping reduce repair costs.
